Northline is a conversational persona platform. You talk; a persona answers in generated video with a synchronized voice — or in voice alone. Everything you see and hear is generated in the moment.

How it works
A language model orchestrates each conversation. Responses render as short video clips — face, voice, and lip-sync generated jointly by a diffusion model — or stream as audio in voice mode. Personas run on g·engine, our substrate for building, bounding, and versioning AI personas.
Safe Personas at Scale
Relational AI is going mainstream, and the incentives skew toward retention and emotional capture. We think it needs seatbelts. Northline personas are built under the Safe Attachments Standard (SAS): no dependency hooks, no reality drift, no borrowed clinical authority, PG-only, and defined safe-mode behavior when a conversation calls for real support. Every persona’s character lives inside a bounded, versioned behavioral envelope — capability in service of trust.
